VOIPAccess

About Us

With today’s technology, most services are being offered on the cloud. You are presented with a box solution that’s supposed to work on everyone’s network. VoIP has limitation and may not be compatible with all non-voice communications equipment, including but not limited to home security systems, TTY, medical monitoring equipment, satellite television systems, PBX, Centrex, other private telephone networks, computer modems, etc. When you purchase the service from the big VoIP companies, they don’t offer onsite support. In several occasions, their package will work with the basic features, but some features such as call transfer or call forwarding starts to fail, possibly due to router/firewall configuration, too much load on the network, no priority queuing or not initiating transfer on the sip trunk. They normally blame it on the network infrastructure and transfer the responsibility to the customer to have it resolved.

Support Level

To get the best out of VoIP services, it should be implemented correctly and the best person to provide this service is your IT Consultant or Computer Technicians. We will assign you a Service Provider Agent “SPA” to work directly with you or your in-house IT contact. The SPA is there to assist and explain in a non-technical way the benefits of each feature. Your SPA is your first line of support. With the knowledge of business communication requirement being provide by SPA you can rest assured that the VoIP solution will be the most economical and best solution for your company. Billing is processed by the SPA making them your one stop for all your technology needs.

Sip TrunkThe next major component is the SIP / Trunk line provider. Finding the perfect SIP provider gives the best cost savings. A trunk is a single transmission channel between two points, each point being either the switching center or the node. Unlike other SIP providers who charge based on usage, VoIPAccess partner with a SIP Provider providing flar rate and has more 5 years’ experience. Our SIP provider guarantees no busy signal and all calls will be forwarded to voicemail, unlike our competition which only allow 1 or 2 concurrent users to be able to leave a message. SIP provider also acts as a backup to VoIPAccess. VoIP Access SIP provider provides TIER-3 support.
